Shipping begins with preparing the mooncat items selected at checkout and continues after we hand the parcel to a carrier.
Our two timing stages
Following successful payment authorization, preparation usually takes 1–2 business days. Carrier travel after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days. These are separate periods, excluding weekends and relevant holidays, and neither is a guaranteed delivery date.
Address, service and updates
The checkout flow identifies eligible destinations, delivery options and any applicable charge. Please provide a complete, accurate address. We share tracking when the carrier supplies it.
Problems in transit
If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered without reaching you, contact fuvuvog542@gmail.com. Your order number, checkout email, tracking information and photos where useful help us investigate the available carrier record.
