Our return procedure is open to qualifying new mooncat merchandise with or without a defect; we also consider exchanges.
Request within the window
Submit the request during the 30 days following delivery. Changed preference or an incorrect selection can support a non-defective return when the item remains new, unused and in original condition. We also address damage, faults, a wrong item, missing parts and substantial description differences without requiring the problem item itself to look pristine. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Review before return shipment
Write to fuvuvog542@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. Keep packaging and components, and add images or video when reporting a problem. Do not mail anything until we approve it and provide the correct destination and directions. A published correspondence address is not automatically a return warehouse.
Included label and resolution
Returns are sent by mail. A free prepaid return label comes inside the delivered package; after approval, follow our confirmed directions and use it without paying its return postage. If the label is missing, ask us to help. We do not charge a restocking fee. Exchange fulfillment depends on review and stock. Once a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original method of payment within 10 days, while financial-provider posting can take extra time.
